Dear WCL teams & players,

Following
recent concern/opinion amongst the players of the WCL that the rules
and hacking investigations may be biased, a WCL council is to be
introduced.

The council will decide whether rule/procedure
changes are enforced or whether a player cheated or not (amongst other
things) making the WCL a true unbiased democracy for the players/teams
participating.

Each WCL clan is to now choose 1 member who they
believe is best suited to represent their team/players in the council
and to reply here with their forum username. You can choose whoever you
want, however you like, but you can only have 1 representitive (even if
you have 2 teams). Apart from admin (myself and guizben) clans who have
members as WCL staff are also only allowed 1 member to join the council
(current staff will not have access to the council unless they've been
nominated by their clans).

The representitive should be someone
who will consult their clan members when rule/procedure proposals are
brought forward so that they can cast a vote which represents their
team (not just their own opinion - even if their teams vote goes
against their personal choice).

Cheating accusations are not to
be discussed with their clan or anyone else other than those belonging
to the council. Anyone found to break this rule will be kicked from the
council and their clan may lose their voice in the council.

You now have until Sunday to decide which member will be your teams representitive.
